FTP Accounts in Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting plans will permit you to create multiple FTP accounts with just several clicks of the mouse from the Hepsia Control Panel and to define what web files and folders each account can access. There isn’t any upper limit to the total number of FTP accounts that you’re allowed to set up, so you can have as many as you wish at any particular moment. In case you wouldn’t like to use a given FTP account anymore or if a designer has completed their job and you do not want them to access your website content any longer, you can simply delete the account in question. The FTP section of the Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to see all currently active FTP accounts displayed in alphabetical order, together with different options, which you can access with one single click of the mouse. You’ll be able to change the password and the access path, to download an auto-configuration file, and so on. We also have an in-depth Help section, which will help you manage your FTP accounts should you have to deal with any problems.
FTP Accounts in Semi-dedicated Hosting
When you host your websites in a semi-dedicated server account, you will be able to create a separate FTP account for any of them, since we have not limited this service with any of our packages. You can do this through the FTP section of our easy-to-navigate Hepsia hosting Control Panel where you can also check the complete list of all the FTP accounts that you have set up, together with the folder that each one of them can access. If necessary, you’ll be able to update the password for a given account or to modify its access path with a few clicks. You can also delete an account without effort if you don’t require it any longer – for example, if you’ve hired a designer who is finished with the website and you don’t want them to access your website files anymore. For the sake of convenience, we have created different instructional video clips, that will help you manage your FTP accounts with no effort if you’ve never used a hosting plan previously.
